ATLANTA SPIRITUAL COMMUNITY, INC.
ASC Beginnings

The Atlanta Spiritual Community (ASC) had auspicious beginnings, starting June 1999, in Atlanta, Georgia. A group of us met at a “Revelation Conference” hosted by Rev. Michael Beckwith and Rickie Byars from the Los Angeles Agape International Spiritual Center. It was an exhilarating weekend with inspiring speakers and stirring music. We left not wanting it to end.
Over the next several years, ASC was imagined, planned, and eventually birthed as a legal nonprofit organization. We have been consistently gathering in person and on Zoom. We read, study, engage in conscious conversations, and participate in sacred service community projects. Also, we love to socialize. ASC is not a church. It is an open active group that welcomes any persons of goodwill who are committed to Self Growth and Spiritual Development.
Purpose
ASC offers opportunities for Spiritual Study and Enlightenment. Active individual involvement is essential to fulfill our purpose, as well as contributing ASC material resources to other groups and organizations. We promote collaborative efforts that support local, national and international needs. Through our collective participation in Sacred Service projects, such as Higher Education Scholarship Program, we experience community at a deeper level.

Vision
The Atlanta Spiritual Community envisions a world where respecting life is sacred and all people are accepted as divine expressions, whether they are conscious or not.
